1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vecktar's Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Vecktar provides automation and interior design services, which may include:

• Automation Design & Implementation: Planning, designing, and implementing automated systems for residential and commercial spaces.

• Interior Design Services: Conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior design projects.

• Consultation & Planning: Providing expert advice and planning for automation and interior design projects.

• Software & Tools: Access to proprietary software and tools for design visualization and project management.

• Content & Information: Providing design inspiration, educational materials, and project updates.

 

3. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to access certain features of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.  

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.  

 

4. Intellectual Property

• All content and materials provided by Vecktar, including but not limited to designs, software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of Vecktar or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal or business use, as permitted by these Terms.  

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials provided by Vecktar without our express written consent.

• Any designs made for a client become the property of said client upon final payment, within the terms of the signed contract between Vecktar and the client.

 

5. User Content

• You may submit content to our Services, such as project feedback or design ideas ("User Content").

• You retain ownership of your User Content.

• By submitting User Content, you grant Vecktar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.  

• You are responsible for ensuring your user content does not infringe on the rights of others.

 

6. Payment & Fees

• Certain Services may be subject to fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website or in your contract.

• Payment terms and methods will be specified during the purchase process.

• Vecktar reserves the right to change its pricing at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Vecktar provides its Services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

• Vecktar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.  

• Vecktar's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in question.

8. Termination

• Vecktar may terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

• Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.

 

9. Links to Third-Party Websites

• Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. Vecktar is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites.

• Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.  

 

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia.

• Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Zambia.  

 

11. Changes to These Terms

• Vecktar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.

• Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
